A.C. Perch's Tea bags

A.C. Perch's tea bags are made from cornstarch and are 100% biodegradable and compostable. The cord is not glued to the bag, but heat treated. The tea bags do NOT contain plastic and can therefore be sorted as organic waste.

The tea is packed in A.C. Perch's "free flow" pyramid bags. The pyramid shape allows the leaf to unfold completely and thus develop its full bouquet. Likewise, the meshes in the tea bags are made so that the water can flow through unimpeded. All their tea bags are PLASTIC-free – including the bag around the pyramid itself. The material in the tea bags is 100 percent biodegradable and compostable, these must be sorted as normal waste. Each tea bag is packaged in a plastic-free Natureflex foil to ensure that aroma and flavor are not lost.
